When you need linear guides that offer precision, strength, and adaptability—even in demanding or variable load conditions—our C-Lube Linear Ball Spline MAG series is an excellent choice.
These guides facilitate smooth linear motion of an external cylinder along a spline shaft. With minimal lubrication requirements, they provide extended maintenance-free operation, making them ideal for applications such as medical devices and semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Advantages of Our Linear Ball Spline MAG Guides
Compact Yet Strong Design
Featuring a straightforward structure and a unique ball-retaining mechanism, these guides eliminate the need for a ball retainer. This allows for smaller shaft and cylinder diameters. For example, our smallest model (LSAG2) achieves a 2 mm shaft diameter and a 6 mm external cylinder diameter. Despite their compact size, the four-point contact, two-row raceway design ensures high accuracy and rigidity, handling dynamic loads up to 1,800 N and static loads up to 2,470 N.
Interchangeable Configurations
These guides are highly versatile, allowing for easy customization to fit your specific application requirements. External cylinders are available in both cylindrical and flange designs, as well as standard and long lengths. With six models to choose from, the spline shaft diameters range from 4 to 12 mm.
Environmentally Friendly and Maintenance-Free
Thanks to their low lubrication needs, these guides not only reduce maintenance but are also environmentally conscious. Rigorous testing demonstrated zero maintenance requirements even after 600 million strokes under challenging operating conditions.
